Heritage Landscape Supply Group has acquired SBI Materials, a leading independent distributor of natural stone, manufactured stone, pavers, bulk materials and other related outdoor living products and accessories.

Headquartered in Windsor, Calif., SBI operates two locations in Sonoma County that service Northern California and beyond. SBI Materials was founded in 1982 and currently employs a team of more than 60 people.

Co-owners Rod Matteri and Jeff Knepper as well as the SBI team will stay with the company. SBI will maintain the same brand and reputation ensuring continuity and consistency of the brand.
